This Cookie Policy explains which cookies this website uses, for what purpose, and how you can manage them.
This document is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. If you have specific legal questions related to your business, we recommend consulting a legal professional.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so it can function correctly and securely, or to remember certain information between visits.
Which cookies we use
We currently use only one, strictly necessary cookie — the session cookie (PHPSESSID). It does not track your behavior and is not used for marketing purposes; it is required solely so that the forms on the site work correctly and securely.
- Name: PHPSESSID.
- Purpose: protecting forms against forged requests (CSRF), the minimum-fill-time antispam check, and keeping admin users logged in within the protected admin area.
- Duration: a session cookie — deleted automatically when you close your browser, or when the server-side session expires.
- Type: strictly necessary (without it, the forms on the site cannot work correctly).
reCAPTCHA (Google)
The Contact form and the "Request a quote" form are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which helps detect automated (bot) form submissions without any extra step for real visitors (no puzzles or checkboxes to solve).
reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies and process technical data about your visit (e.g. how you interact with the site, device/browser information) in accordance with Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, independent of this policy.
Analytics and advertising
We currently do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other visitor-behavior analytics or advertising tool on this site. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy before introducing such tools and, where legally required, ask for your consent.
External content that may set its own cookies
Certain parts of the site (e.g. the "share on Facebook" button on blog articles) take you to an external site that is not under our control. That external site may set its own cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy, independent of this site.
Why we do not show a cookie-consent banner
Visitor consent is only required for non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics or marketing ones). Since we currently use only a strictly necessary cookie, a cookie-consent banner is not required. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will add an appropriate consent mechanism before activating them.
Managing cookies
You can change your cookie settings at any time through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies or blocking new ones. Note that blocking the session cookie will prevent forms on this site from being submitted correctly (e.g. the CSRF check will fail).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we introduce new technologies on the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
